This Agreement defines the terms of services to be provided under the "Nywhash" and other "Nywhash Services", "Related Services to Nywhash", and "Nywhash Products" offered by Nywhash. These services aim to ensure the security of Nywhash, Nywhash Partners, and customers, provide quality service, and regulate cooperation between the parties.
When we use the terms "We", "Us", "Our", "Nywhash", "Nywhash Brands", "Nywhash Products", and "Related Services to Nywhash", we refer to Nywhash Ltd and its partners.
The terms and definitions contained in this Agreement are interpreted as follows:
In order to manage your Nywhash Account and use Nywhash Services, you must be above the legal age limit in your country (Usually 13) or obtain permission from your legal guardian. If your birthdate specified in your account indicates that you are under 13 years old, we may request a document confirming approval from your legal guardian. If you are below the legal age, please read these terms with your guardian.
Nywhash has various systems in place to minimize potential theft and leaks in your account. Nywhash effectively utilizes these systems to prevent data losses, thefts, leaks, security breaches due to viruses, and all other incidents that may occur in your Nywhash Account. Despite Nywhash taking all possible measures, the responsibility for the security of the account lies with the customers. You should set your passwords securely and not share them with anyone you do not trust.
Since Nywhash offers multiple services, it allows you to use all Nywhash Services with a single Nywhash Account. Here, some Nywhash Services have additional usage terms and limits. In return for complying with Nywhash terms, we allow you to use all our services and offerings.

Legal or natural persons who use our products, services, and offerings within the framework of our service terms and policies.

This agreement aims to determine the sections for which the customer grants permission based on the information provided by the customer during transactions, orders, messages sent on the site or service, during account creation, the fees to be paid to us for the services the customer will receive according to their preferences in their orders, the rules to be complied with, and the limits.

Account information is entered by the customer during registration. These details are used as a basis for transactions. It is assumed that the customer has provided this information error-free, complete, accurate, and validly.

Deceiving people, defrauding, or aiming to gain profit through fake or non-existent things is strictly prohibited. In such a case, the user's products and services will be canceled, and no refund will be made. In case of material or moral damage, Nywhash may share some data according to the Nywhash Privacy Policy if the affected party decides to resort to legal action.

It is strictly forbidden to speak or publish, share, or distribute the following content in any way:

You acknowledge that you will not make purchases with stolen credit cards, bank cards, or any illegally obtained money during online payments. Nywhash does not access or store card information. All payment transactions are carried out through payment infrastructures provided by banks or companies.
5.2. Account Balance:
You cannot refund your Nywhash account balance when you load it with money. Refunds of account balances are only made in exceptional cases.
5.3. Fee Changes:
Nywhash reserves the right to change the fees for its services when necessary.
6.1. Duration of the Agreement:
This agreement starts when the Nywhash account is created, along with the successful completion of the customer's registration process.

After the termination of the agreement, all active Nywhash services are completely canceled. Your Nywhash account will be deactivated, and if you do not accept the agreement, you will not be able to use any Nywhash service.

When you use the Nywhash Services, you trust us with the security and confidentiality of your information. We realize that storing and securing our users data is a great responsibility and we take many measures accordingly. With this Privacy Policy, we aim to help you understand what data we collect, how and why we collect it, and how you can change, manage and delete your information.
When creating your Nywhash Account, you provide us with personal information such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, password. In addition, you can add billing and payment information to your account, and in case of corporate membership, company information, tax number. The information provided by you can be changed/edited by you. In some cases, we may not allow you to change some of your information (such as official information). In this case, you will have to contact Nywhash.
As Nywhash, we would like to point out that you may have concerns about privacy and that we respect your preferences when it comes to learning, transferring, deleting, editing, etc. and that we are sensitive in this regard. We believe that everyone has the right to privacy. Optionally, you can delete your account or request the complete removal and anonymization of your data. We may not always accept your request to remove your data (e.g. if a legal offense has been committed through your account).
Your activity on Nywhash may be logged in your account history. This is a measure to ensure account security. For example, we use this system to recognize and correct activity when your account is stolen, to see what actions were taken when you shared your account with someone, etc. When storing activity data, the IP address of the person who made the transaction is also stored in the system.
When you visit Nywhash's website, we receive location data from your IP address. This location data helps us to identify your topic and apply the appropriate language options to your account. In this way, we can automatically define the most appropriate language for your location. If you do not want this, you can manually select your language and location information in your account settings to prevent location detection based on your location.
We use some data to analyze traffic on our site or applications. This data does not identify you and is used anonymously. After a few days of collection, your data is completely deleted and stored as numerical data for analysis purposes only.
We do not allow anyone outside Nywhash to access your personal data, except in certain exceptional circumstances listed below.
Where we need to use your data, we ask for your consent. For example, we may add an option in your account settings to allow you to opt-in or out of receiving personalized ads. Or when you activate an option that sends us data that can help us improve Nywhash, we have your permission to use that data.
We may share some data in the event of a legal dispute. In order for a competent authority to request any data, it must send Nywhash an official document.
